Stencilling

Win a bigger share of the work

Using cut-out stencils from a Marsh® quality machine delivers clear, bold, accurate shipping marks to speed despatch and to identify products and materials for efficiency, cost control and good business practice. Precision cutting to exact tolerances ensures letter-perfect marks, thanks to an alloy punch and case-hardened steel die—engineered with care in the USA.

Don’t forget that when purchasing a stencil machine you’ll need the entire system. Inks, applicators, oilboard and brushes complement the stencil machine.

Specially designed fountain rollers, hand rollers and brushes apply marks simply and accurately to the designated surface.

The final piece of the stencilling system is the oilboard. Our top-grade oilboard, bathed in double-boiled linseed oil, produces clean, crisp marks and can be reused many times. It’s available in natural brown and canary yellow, with size options to suit your needs.

For specific information on our oilboards, inks, and applicators, see pages 6-9 of our catalogue. General Product Line Brochure

Rolmark rollers and inks, black and bright colours, deliver permanent, high-contrast messages on all surfaces.

EFI environmentally friendly ink helps keep the environment cleaner with less than 4% VOC. Suitable for porous and non-porous surfaces, it delivers marks that are fast-drying, permanent, and fade- and sunlight-resistant.

Poly-Rolmark is specially formulated for use on plastics and shrink film.

K Stencil ink is also available in black and red when you have a need to mark only on porous surfaces.

Marsh® Fountain Rollers and Brushes help you make quick work of the stencilling process by delivering clean, even ink impressions on a variety of surfaces without fading or flooding. Rely on these hard-working tools for a productive stencilling experience, every time.

While the stencil machinery and oilboard are important components, MSSC’s range of industrial stencil inks is the backbone of the process. Offering a wide range of formulations and colours, MSSC’s line of stencil inks is designed to perform across a variety of applications.
